In Puerto Rico, the Carolina Police Department has successfully conducted the G.R.E.A.T.
summer camp this June 2008, where 155 participants graduated from the G.R.E.A.T.
summer program. Policewoman Ruth Herrara, Policewoman Carolyn J. Betancourt, and
Policeman Luis D. Lopez, “Thanks for giving us the tools for all the youth and children
of Carolina, Puerto Rico.”
