ROOM RATE

Single/double room rate—$111 per night (current federal per diem rate)
Room rates are subject to tax, which is currently 14.99 percent.
For payment upon departure, the hotel accepts cash, agency-issued checks, money orders, and major credit cards.

Reservations requested after the cutoff date will be accepted on a space-available basis only, and the conference room rate will no longer be available.
At the time of reservation, the guest’s credit card will not be preauthorized or otherwise charged with fees; however, at the time of check-in, a sufficient amount must be available on the card to cover the room and tax charges for the entire length of the guest’s stay.
There will be no penalty for individual cancellations made up to 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT

Check-in time—3:00 p.m.
Checkout time—12:00 Noon
Guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. The hotel will accommodate late checkout based on room availability.
